All cutting discs and grinding Megaflex are made of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide reinforced with top quality Glass grid and connected with special resins.
Production tools are designed for cutting and grinding of various metals and non-metallic materials. Tools can be used portable or stationary machines with peripheral speeds up to 80 m / sec.
Each disc Megaflex produced according to standard EN 12413.
Our product range includes tools for cutting and grinding in sizes from 115-300 mm.
Megafleks discs can be in the following forms:
Form 41 - Straight profile cutting.
Form 42 - shifted center for cutting.
Form 27 - shifted center for grinding.
